Lease Charge History¶
Lease Charge History compares the lease's current charge schedule with historical receivable charges and payments for the selected periods. Variance is outstanding charges plus payments, less expected charges.
Revised billing¶
Revised billing can create adjustment charges when the overall variance and total payments are both nonzero and there are no outstanding charges. At least one period must also have a nonzero variance, a payment, and no outstanding charges.
Select the eligible periods to revise, then choose Generate Revised Bill. Credence prepares a new receivable with adjustment charges for the selected periods. Review the receivable before completing it.
If a tenant has not paid or outstanding receivables remain, manage billing by generating or updating the appropriate receivables instead.
